Calculator information
Salary and mortgage inputs are calculated in your browser and are not submitted by the calculator to our server. Currency requests send only the selected currency codes to our server; the amount stays in your browser. Our server requests reference rates from Frankfurter. We do not create user financial profiles.
Cookies and preferences
All calculators work without optional cookies. The following first-party cookies support your choices on PocketCalc; neither stores salary, mortgage or conversion amounts.
Select Cookie settings below or in the footer to change your choice. Selecting Reject optional withdraws permission for currency preferences and deletes the saved ww_pair cookie in this browser. The cookie recording your choice remains so we can respect it. You can delete both through your browser settings; your choice applies separately to each browser and device.
These controls cover currency preferences only. Allowing preferences does not grant permission for advertising or analytics.
Hosting and administration
Hostinger provides hosting and content delivery. Hostinger and WordPress may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, for delivery, caching and security. Hosting security checks may also use cookies or browser storage to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse; these are separate from optional currency preferences. WordPress uses authentication cookies for signed-in administrators. Contact form messages are delivered privately to the site administrator by email. We process the name, reply email and message you submit to respond to you. A short-lived, salted hash of the connecting address helps limit form abuse; the form limit expires after one minute. Do not send sensitive financial documents.
Advertising, Google AdSense and your choices
We plan to support this service through advertising. Google AdSense and analytics tracking are not currently active on this site, and the site does not currently set advertising cookies. The following explains the advertising practices that would apply if Google ads are enabled, subject to applicable consent requirements.
When enabled, third-party advertising providers, including Google, may use cookies to select ads using previous visits to this website and other websites. These advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to personalize the ads you see across participating sites.
